Greeting of the day in Swahili because the citizens of Tanzania are anxiously anticipating the announcement and funding of a World Bank loan in the amount of Sh2.5 trillion (about $1.15B).  This loan will allow them to upgrade their electric grid and expand it to the rural areas of the country.
