Giving Feedback Advice

Giving feedback rates up there with public speaking on the “not fun” list for so many people.  Learning how to do it effectively is a critical skill to learn if you are going to excel and help your team excel.  This article isn’t a complete reference guide for feedback, but it does raise some interesting points to consider.
